Selina is a small picturesque village located near the historic town of St. Lovreč.
The villa offers an unforgettable holiday thanks to its location. It is surrounded by a green garden with a view of the sea and the forest landscape. The tranquility and quietness of this place will fascinate everyone.
The whole villa is very spacious and beautifully decorated in a rustic style. The house was built in 2013th year, surrounded by stone walls of local stone and greenery, so that guarantees guests privacy and tranquility.
The accommodation capacity of villa is 8 beds, consists of a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen and a bedroom located on the ground floor, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms that are on the upper floor.
In the garden in front of the house there is a swimming pool of 36 sqm with garden furniture and sun loungers, wood-burning fireplace for barbecue and closed parking place for two cars.
Villa Sana is suitable for a quiet holiday in the idyllic Istrian and green environment from where you can easily come to the beaches and tourist cities of the western coast of Istria.
The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns.

Not far from the villa is a spacious green private ranch where you can enjoy in horseback riding. The ranch is owned by the host, family Babic.
At only 15-20 minutes car drive, you can get to the beaches, bays, parks and tourist resorts of Istrian western coast: Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec and to the historic towns of attractive and mysterious, green central Istria: Tinjan, Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad and Motovun.
