LOCATION Located just 20 Km away from the biggest Istrian city Pula, a detached house "Villa Lipa" is offset of other houses, the village itself Prodol, so that practically is not visible from the outside. Prodol village is a quiet village with thirty houses, and about 80 inhabitants. It is located in the municipality Marcana. The population, mostly elderly, primarily living from agriculture. 1980, after the death of former Yugoslav president Marshal Tito, the peasants planted 88 lime-trees, in his honor. Today, it is protected park and is situated right opposite „Villa Lipa“.
