This house is located in a place called Kavran, on a very peaceful location where you can completely enjoy your privatcy and relaxation. Natural green sorroundings, fresh air, a big green garden, and a fense closed courtyard will make you feel like home during your vacation. Beautiful and clear Adriatic sea along with wonderful natural beaches are only one kilometer away from this house, and in case you are a fan of gastronomy, you will be able to taste some traditional Istrian specialties for a reasonable price in a restaurant nearby, only 200m distanced from this house. This house provides one big and spacious two bedroom apartment on the first floor which can offer accomodation for 4-6 persons. Because of its capacity and size it is completely adjusted and suitable for one or two smaller families. In the apartment guests have at their disposal an oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, air condition and TV/SAT. Besides the apartment you can also enjoy your own terrace with grill for making barbecue. The house owner lives on the ground floor and it is therefore at guests disposal during their vacation. Parking place for the guests is assured in front of the house and it is free of charge. House also offers WLAN internet, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.
